Belgian endive is great, due to its shape, fairly neutral flavor and crispiness.
1 bell pepper cut into small cubes, colors of your choice
Cut the endive leaves, if possible to the same size.
Pour a spoon of sauce inside and spread it lightly.
Add the pepper cubes, sprinkle some black pepper to taste.
