thai basil vinaigrette

Gingere and Lime

A fresh vinaigrette, so full of fragrances which bring me back to far away, exotic lands.
This vinaigrette fortifies and renews every salad: just do not skimp on the variety of vegetables and on colours, as in this case less is not more!


Enough for a big salad:

1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon agave
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon chopped Thai basil
1 teaspoon chopped red onion
Salt and pepper


Mix all ingredients.
Dress the salad and serve.
