Hemp is perfect to make vegetal milk, as itis full of proteins, omega 3 and omega 6, essential amino acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
This drink is really easy to digest and tastes great.
If you are vegan, hemp milk will be your provider of proteins and omega 3 with a single blow!
½ cup hulled hemp seeds
2 cups water (use less than that for a less creamy milk)
Pinch of salt
Filter with a nut milk bag.
To this excellent milk, you may want to add:
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
It will keep in the fridge for 3 - 4 days.
