All this and more, maybe even a full meal!
Bananas are a great source of fibers, vitamin C, potassium and manganese. Raspberries have magnesium and vitamin K.
Both are very low in fats, cholesterol and sodium.
2 servings:
2 bananas
2 tablespoons lemon juices
1 tablespoon shredded dried coconut
1 teaspoon lemon peel
Cut bananas into dices and mix them immediately with lemon juice to avoid blackening.
Add lemon zest and coconut, mixing gently to combine.
Raspberry cream:
½ cup fresh raspberries
⅓ cup cashews, soaked for about 2 hours
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon agave nectar
Pinch of salt
Blend all ingredients into a smooth and soft cream.
You may serve it mixing bananas with cream or in alternate layers as in the picture.
Garnish with fresh raspberries.
