Autunm creaminess

I wanted something tasty but absolutely simple.
I thought to unify the wonderful flavor of persimmon (for me is the  number one autumn fruit!) to the voluptuous touch of vanilla and the absolutely faithful cacao.
The result is a velouté cream, sweet and cuddly for the grey autumn.

1 – 2 servings:

2 really ripe persimmons
1   tsp cacao powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Mix all the ingredients and enjoy slowly.
