Coconut milk popsicles three ways

Chia seeds
Banana
Cantaloupe

Coconut milk
¼ cup chia seed for 1 cup coconut milk 
Banana
Cantaloupe 
Pinch of salt

 

Blend the milk with your favourite fruit and salt, add the chia see and let seat in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Move to the popsicles form and let it set in the freezer.
