Broccoli is a winter classic.
It contains A and C vitamin, iron, calcium and fibres.
This is a very good vegetable I’m really sympathetic with.
So here’s a simple yet delicious recipe in which the massage helps breaking the fibres and gives an almost cooked “look“.
For 2 people
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
½ tablespoon tamari
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Black and white sesame seeds
Pinch of salt
Cut the broccoli flowers into little pieces, you may use the stalks in a juice.
Add oil, tamari, lemon juice and salt.
Massage gently with your hands for a couple of minutes and marinate for about ten minutes.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve.
