I like the leaves chopped not too thin, so that every bit will taste differently.
This sauce is good with almost everything, either raw or cooked.
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped basil
2 tablespoons chopped chives
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
It will keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
