Another raw food classic with dozens of variations on a simple but very appetising recipe.
This dessert is decadent to the right point, yet, thanks to the amount of good fats of the avocado and the low amount of sweetener, you can eat it without guilt.
My version involves maple syrup, almond milk and a pinch of vanilla.
For 2-3 servings:
1 big ripe avocado
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons cocoa
¼ cup almond milk or any other vegetable milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Garnish with chopped pistachios or other nuts.
It will kept in the fridge for a couple of days.
