Why buying granola at the shop, when you can prepare it at home quickly and effortlessly?
Try this recipe, feel free to add more nuts and seeds to your taste.
3 cups rolled oats
½ cup maple syrup
2 Tbs sunflower seeds
2 Tbs chopped pecans
2 Tbs chopped cashews
2 Tbs chopped almonds
2 Tbs flax meal
½ tsp sea salt
Preheat the oven to 160º C
Mix all the dry ingredients, add the maple syrup and stir well
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the granola evenly and bake for 10 minutes
Stir, rotate the tray and bake for another 10 minutes
Allow to cool and store in airtight container
Enjoy it with your favorite plant based milk and fresh fruit.
